Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a 48 hour notice for cancellation/reschedule requests. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service value booked.
NO SHOWS will result in a 100% charge of the service value. And result in requiring a deposit prior to rebooking another appointment.
Arriving 15+ minutes late to your appointment will be considered a cancellation and subject to cancellation/reschedule terms.
